What types of payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Interac Online will be available in the near future. We do not offer COD as a method of payment.

How much will I be charged for shipping if I place an online order?

How long does it take for Local Pick-Up?
When choosing local pick-up please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be available at the desired location. Once your item is ready for pick-up you will be notified by email. You may also check the status in My Account.(Right now this option is not available. We are working to have this back to you as soon as possible)
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Coastal Outdoors charges applicable sales tax according to the provincial rates.
How was my order shipped and can I get the tracking number?
All online orders provide a valid email address with be sent an order confirmation. Once the item/items have shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation that will contain the shipping information and tracking number if applicable. All orders are shipped via Canada Post shipping methods. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated by Canada Post.
You can also view shipping information by signing in to your online account.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you would like to check the status of your order, simply click on the “My Account” link and select the appropriate order from the Order History list. Or, if you know your order number you can click HERE to view the status.
What does my order status mean?
Pending: Your order has been received is still awaiting payment.
Failed: Payment for your order failed or was declined.
Processing: Your order has been paid and we are processing it in our system. This process involves packing the item in our warehouse, and ticketing the package for shipment.
Completed: Your order is fulfilled and complete.
On-hold: Your payment has processed but requires billing information verification.
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled by the customer or Coastal Outdoors.
Refunded: Order has been refunded.
How do I return merchandise purchased online?
